3. What are the ingredients in Flex Relief™?

Willow bark: Of all the medicinal plants, the willow has probably been used and prescribed more than any other. Although aspirin is now made of other ingredients, Willow Bark was the original source of this popular pain reliever. Today, Willow Bark remains in widespread use as a natural treatment. In fact, recent clinical studies found it to be a highly effective nutrient for treating pain.
Glucosamine: Several "nutraceuticals" have been found effective in reducing inflammation. One of the most popular and widely researched is glucosamine (GS). This naturally-occurring substance is produced in the body and is involved in the formation of cartilage and fluid that lubricates and provides nutrients for the joint structure. Nutraceutical glucosamine is derived from chitin, a tissue found in shellfish. Glucosamine can help in preserving joint tissue and supports the healthy growth of cartilage.
Harpago: is a plant native to Southern Africa, its name referring to the small "hooks" on the fruit of the plant. The active ingredient, found in the root of the plant, has been demonstrated to exhibit significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity. Clinical studies have proven it effective in treating pain in the knees, hips and lower back.
Bioperine: has long been used in Ayurvedic medicine for many applications. This pungent plant-based substance is found in black pepper and long pepper plants. It is primarily recognized as a powerful bioavailability enhancer, capable of boosting the effectiveness of other therapeutic substances and enabling them to reach, enter, and remain within their target cells for longer periods of time.

Our all-natural proprietary blend of Willow bark, Harpago and Bioperine provides pain relief by reducing pain and inflammation, while the Glucosamine works to support the healthy growth of cartilage in your joints.

5. What is the suggested usage?

Take 2 capsules twice a day with meals.

6. How long does it take to work?
